A very tight site targeted with the plot ratio of 5, this project aims to create the illusion of a generous landscape garden. A central spatial axis gives the sense of spatial extension. Branching off this central space is the interior half of the club house, which is linked to the exterior half which fronts the street and will be used initially as the development's sales office. As much as possible the existing mature trees on site are preserved and some parts of the new layout work around these trees - for example those in and around the exterior club house.

在容积率为5.0这样非常紧凑的基地内,本方案目标是想创造一个看起来感觉宽阔的景观花园。一个中央空间轴给人的感觉空间得到了延伸。分流出的中央空间一半作为会所的内部,它连接到会所另一半朝向主要街道的外部,后者最初将作为售楼处。方案尽可能多的保留基地内现有的成熟树木,新布置的部分将围绕这些树木-例如那些在会所周围空间的树木。
