Using the concept of spatial layering to deal with conflicts intrinsic to the site: heavy traffic adjacent to the residential spaces. Three layers are devised: (1) retails spaces next to the busy traffic with forms resembling moving machine, (2) a green horizontal layer which accommodates the roof garden and club house rises at one end and becomes the "sky gardens" for the office tower, acting as a buffer zone for (3) the residential apartments. 本方案使用分层空间处理的概念解决场地内的冲突。针对毗邻住宅空间的繁 忙交通。本案制订了三个层次:(1)商业空间造型与道路上忙碌的车流形态 而具有动感;(2)一个绿色的横向层,包含屋顶花园和俱乐部,在另一端形 成了办公楼的“空中花园”,这样形成了办公楼与高层住宅公寓之间的一个 缓冲区;(3)高层住宅公寓。合作单位:雅克本深圳有限公司。
